1. Operator and data referrance

2. What data collect forms

The data is not used for advertising and is not published in the portfolio.

3. Purpose and base of processing

4. How is the processing going

The application goes to the closed server receiver of the site. If the application contains a calculation, its composition is recalculated on the server. Notification with the application or responses is transmitted to the operator through a closed electronic communication channel. After the application, the browser receives a secure service cookie, which allows you to open your answers without re-entering contacts. The cookie contains a random identifier, not a name, phone or answers. Cookies and personal links are valid for up to 7 days. The phone number itself does not open other people's data. The personal link should not be forwarded; you can exit your session with the button “This is not me”.

HTTPS transfers, delineation of access to closed files, checking fields and consents, limiting the frequency of requests and protection against re-sending are applied. In the public directory of the site and browser localStorage / sessionStorage contacts and answers are not stored.

5. Infrastructure and recipients

For the storage of applications and responses, closed server infrastructure is used, for notifications and letters - electronic communication services, including foreign ones. Through them, the name, telephone, the specified mail, the composition of the application and the answers sent are processed. The letter with the material is also received in the postal service of the recipient.

Access to the applications is intended for the operator. The use of these services does not mean the transfer of data for public distribution or advertising. Their own terms also apply to the operation of these services.

6. Timing and termination of processing

A server copy of each application or sending of replies is stored for no more than 30 days from the date of receipt, after which it is automatically deleted. The profile of the memo with the latest version of the responses is stored for up to 30 days after the last application or sending answers. The period of access through cookies and personal link - up to 7 days, expired identifiers are deleted automatically. If the work is formalized by a separate contract, the processing of contractual documents is determined by this contract and the applicable requirements, and not the period of storage of the application.

A copy of the electronic notification is deleted by the operator upon termination of the purpose of processing or at the request of the applicant. Deleting a server copy does not delete email notifications and emails automatically.

7. Visiting Analytics

Yandex Metric (No. 113669866) and Google Analytics (G-BH1EH41BJ2) are connected on public pages: they help to assess the attendance and convenience of the site. The Services may use cookies and receive technical information about the browser, device, transitions and actions on the page. Contacts and responses from forms are not transmitted to the analytics parameters. The contents of the form fields and blocks with personal data are hidden from the Webvisor record. On the memo page, the Webvisor record and the click map are disabled, and counters are not installed on the client cabinet pages. When you open a personal access link, the analyst does not download. Google's advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled in the site code.

8. The applicant’s rights

You can request information about the processing, correction of inaccurate data, termination of processing or deletion, and withdraw consent. To execute the request, you may need to confirm that the appeal relates to your data. Refusing to fill out the form does not prevent you from viewing the site and the calculation.

9. Policy change

The current version is placed at kobychev.com/privacy. When changing the composition of data, goals, recipients or infrastructure, the operator updates the document. The application contains the consent version number at the time of dispatch.
